At Excellence, all rooms come with an all-inclusive package, covering all meals, beverages and tips.

CHECK IN INFORMATION

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM Cancun time, which is one hour behind Eastern Standard Time.

If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you can still check in; the hotel will securely store your luggage while you enjoy the resort until your room is ready.

We suggest keeping any valuable items, like your passport, wallet, and phone, with you until you can secure them in your safe. Additionally, if you arrive before 3:00 PM, consider packing a bathing suit with your personal belongings!

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

Excellence provides round-trip private transportation from Cancun airport to your hotel and back before your departure, utilizing the in-house Seasons Tours transportation service.

Suite-only bookings include complimentary round-trip transportation to and from Cancun Airport to the resort.

Suite and Flight Packages provides a 25% discount on their in-house private transportation services.

After booking your hotel room, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you have your flight details, simply scroll to the bottom of your Excellence confirmation email to find the option to arrange your transportation.

EXCELLENCE DRESS CODE

Excellence restaurants require a more casual elegance dress code, especially during dinner.

Ladies: We suggest bringing at least one pair of long pants, capri pants, skirt with a blouse, or a dress.

Gentlemen: Long pants are required at dinner. We suggest bringing at least one pair of long dress pants and a collared shirt.

Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn.​ Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed.

WEDDING DRESS CODE

We invite our guests to take this opportunity to dress up.

For Ladies: Please wear your favorite shade of pink, orange, or any vibrant tropical color.

For Gentlemen: Long dress pants and a collared shirt are required. Jackets are optional, and closed-toed shoes must be worn.

Hawaiian shirts are not allowed.
